- Supervise and coordinate the work of waiters, stewards, and service staff.

- Ensure smooth and effective food and beverage service.

- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure excellent customer service.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.

- Monitor the quality, presentation, and timely delivery of food and beverages.

- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues professionally.

- Ensure tables, dining areas, equipment, and service stations are clean and properly arranged.

- Check mise-en-place and ensure all required service items are available before the shift.

- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, cashier, and other departments.

- Prepare and verify bills and assist with payment procedures.

- Train and guide junior staff on service standards and procedures.

- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food-service standards.

- Monitor stock of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other F&B; supplies.

- Prepare shift reports and communicate important issues to the F&B; Supervisor/Manager.

- Ensure proper closing procedures and handover at the end of the shift.

Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
