Role Overview
We are looking for a cheerful and proactive Food & Beverage Associate to be part of our cafe team. The role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring smooth, effective service from order taking to final service.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with guests and ensure a warm and pleasant cafe experience.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guest requests.
- Assist in preparing basic beverages and food items as per cafe standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across the cafe.
- Operate the POS system and handle billing and payments.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and team members for timely service.
- Replenish supplies and assist with daily cafe setup and closing activities.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues when required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
