Job Title: FMCG Packing Machine Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking an FMCG Packing Machine Operator to oversee daily operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of high-speed packaging machinery. The ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical aptitude, a detailed understanding of packaging equipment, and at least 6 months of hands-on experience or relevant internship experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Operation: Setup, calibrate, and operate primary and secondary packaging machines according to daily production schedules and quality standards.
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular cleaning, lubrication, line checks, and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment wear and downtime.
- Troubleshooting & Minor Repairs: Diagnose operational bottlenecks, clear jams, and independently perform minor mechanical or minor electrical adjustments during shifts.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Inspect finished packaging for defects (sealing, weight, labeling)



and ensure strict compliance with safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Production Logging: Maintain accurate records of operational metrics, output volumes, machine downtime, and maintenance logs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of direct hands-on machine handling experience or a completed internship in an FMCG or packaging environment.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with FMCG packaging machinery mechanisms (e.g., vertical form fill seal, flow wrappers, cartoners, or sealers).
- Skills: Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability, analytical problem-solving, and precise hand-tool proficiency.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, robust awareness of workplace safety, and physical stamina for fast-paced factory floors.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
