- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
- Support quality standards and daily operational activities.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English and Telugu
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in customer service or call center is preferred; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
