Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer with 4+ years of experience to independently build and ship production-ready mobile applications for both Android and iOS. This is an independent contributor role requiring on-site presence (5 days mandatory) at our Hyderabad office. You will own client features end-to-end, from architecture and design through to App Store and Play Store releases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain highly responsive Flutter applications for Android and iOS platforms.

- Own the architecture, state management strategies (Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, or GetX), and technical decisions for the apps you build.

- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, FCM), and local databases (SQLite, Hive).

- Handle the entire build, code signing, and release pipelines for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store independently.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend engineers, PMs) to scope, estimate, and deliver client features on time across multiple concurrent projects.

- Troubleshoot, profile, and optimize applications for smooth, native-feeling performance and animations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 4+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience with real, verified ownership of production apps.

- Non-Negotiable: Must have a portfolio of live, published applications on the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store (personal/tutorial projects will not count).

- Non-Negotiable: Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools in real development workflows (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).

- Strong mastery of Dart, Flutter widget lifecycles, and working knowledge of Clean Architecture / modular project structures.

- Familiarity with native platform tools (Android Studio, Xcode) and version control using Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
