What we want

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer with strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, API integration, state management, and cross-platform mobile application development to build high-quality mobile applications.

We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in building and maintaining Flutter applications for Android and iOS, with a strong understanding of application architecture, performance optimization, and third-party integrations.

Must-haves

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development
- Strong proficiency in Dart
- Hands-on experience developing Android and iOS applications
- Strong understanding of Flutter widgets and architecture
- Experience with BLoC, Provider, or similar state management
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs
- Hands-on experience with Firebase and/or Google Maps
- Understanding of Clean Architecture and SOLID principles
- Experience with debugging and performance optimization
- Experience with Git/version control
- Knowledge of unit/integration testing
- Good understanding of Agile development

Good to have (big plus)





- Experience with native Android or iOS development
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience handling callbacks between web and Flutter applications
- Contributions to open-source projects related to Flutter development

What the role actually involves

- Develop and maintain cross-platform Flutter applications for Android and iOS
- Build clean, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications
- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, Google Maps, and third-party SDKs
- Implement state management using BLoC, Provider, or similar frameworks
- Identify and fix bugs and performance issues
- Follow Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and coding best practices
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests
- Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, and cross-functional teams
- Use Git and follow Agile development practices
