Flutter Developer (Mid-Senior) Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Flutter Developer with 3 to 4 years of qualified experience in mobile application development to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Google’s Flutter framework.

Core Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design and build advanced cross-platform applications for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart.
- Architecture & State Management: Implement robust, maintainable, and scalable architectures using modern state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
- UI/UX Implementation: Translate complex wireframes and UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect visual elements with smooth animations.
- API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party SDKs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Performance Optimization: Diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and application crashes to optimize app speed and responsiveness.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Write clean, readable, and testable code, including unit, widget, and integration tests.
- Deployment:



Manage the end-to-end deployment process, including publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality features.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Framework Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience building and deploying production-ready apps using Flutter and Dart.
- Mobile Foundations: Total 3 to 4 years of experience in mobile development, with a strong understanding of Android and iOS operating systems.
- Native Bridges: Experience writing platform-specific code using Method Channels to interface with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) APIs when necessary.
- State Management: Mastery of at least one major state management library (BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider).
- Local Storage: Proficiency with local databases and caching mechanisms such as SQLite, Hive, Isar, or Shared Preferences.
- CI/CD & Tools: Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions) and version control tools like Git.
- Testing: Solid understanding of automated testing practices specific to Flutter.

Qualification : Graduation completed in relevant field

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
