Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.Flutter and Mobile Application Development will be the primary focus of this role. Candidates should have hands-on experience in building scalable Android and iOS applications, API integrations, responsive UI development, and application performance optimization.

Experience in any backend technology is an added advantage.We are also looking for candidates with strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies and AI-powered application integrations. Candidates should be familiar with modern AI tools, AI APIs, prompt engineering concepts, and AI-assisted development workflows.The candidate should be capable of working across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality, scalable applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart
- Build responsive, high-performance, and scalable mobile applications
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into mobile applications
- Work on AI-powered features and Generative AI integrations within applications
- Optimize applications for performance, usability, and scalability
- Implement clean architecture and reusable code practices
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and product managers
- Debug, test, deploy, and maintain applications in production environments
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Work with backend teams and APIs to support application functionality
- Use modern developer productivity tools and AI assistants effectively

Job requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart for developing cross-platform mobile applications.




- Experience in building responsive, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Good knowledge of state management using BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with REST API integration, JSON handling, authentication, error handling, and third-party API integrations.
- Understanding of Flutter application architecture, reusable components, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Valuable understanding of database design, tables, relationships, joins, CRUD operations, and SQL queries.
- Basic knowledge of query optimization and database performance.
- Experience with backend technologies, preferably .NET.
- Good understanding of RESTful services, API development, authentication, request/response handling, and error handling.
- Understanding of backend and database integration and the ability to troubleshoot issues across mobile, API, and database layers.
- Good understanding of Git and version control, including branching, merging, pull requests, and conflict resolution.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and application deployment workflows.
- Exposure to Azure, Docker, and cloud environments is an added advantage.

Qualification, Experience and Skills required:

- Bachelors degree in information technology or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years experience in App Development (Mobile and Web).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Ownership mindset and attention to code quality
- Ability to work in Agile development environments
- Passion for building scalable mobile and AI-powered applications
