Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily packaging operations and manage the packaging team.
- Allocate manpower and ensure smooth workflow on the factory floor.
- Achieve daily production and packaging targets.
- Monitor packaging quality, weight, labeling, sealing, and product handling.
- Minimize wastage, rejection, and product damage.
- Maintain basic production and manpower records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
- Handle shop-floor issues and report them to the Production Manager.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in packaging/production, preferably in FMCG, food, chocolate, or confectionery manufacturing.
- Comfortable working in a factory/shop-floor workplace.
- Willing to work in shifts as required.
- Disciplined, responsible, and hands-on approach.
