Responsibilities

- Analyze current business processes in the RFA domain and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Design and document optimized workflows within FlexPLM to support product lifecycle and approval processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable process designs.

- Work closely with FlexPLM Integration Consultants and Developers to ensure seamless implementation of designed processes.

- Define governance models, approval hierarchies, and compliance checkpoints within the RFA workflows.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions to align end users with current processes.

- Provide guidance on best practices for FlexPLM usage in the RFA domain.

- Support testing, validation, and rollout of new processes, ensuring adoption and efficiency.

- Maintain documentation of process flows, design decisions, and change management activities.

Qualifications





- Strong expertise in FlexPLM modules, with specific focus on RFA workflows.

- Proven experience in process architecture, business process modeling BPMN, UML, and workflow optimization.

- Familiarity with PLM concepts, product lifecycle management, and enterprise approval processes.

- Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

- Experience in large scale FlexPLM implementations or transformations is highly desirable.
