Role Description This full-time, on-site Flexcube Technical Consultant role is based in Bengaluru South and involves supporting the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Flexcube core banking solutions. The consultant will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements, configure Flexcube modules, and develop or modify integrations, interfaces, and reports.

Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing expert technical support, performing system troubleshooting, and ensuring secure and secure system performance. The role also includes participating in solution design discussions, contributing to testing and deployment activities, preparing technical documentation,



and collaborating with functional consultants to align technical solutions with operational needs. In addition, the consultant may assist the sales and presales teams by providing technical inputs, demonstrations, and effort estimates for Flexcube-related engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills for requirement analysis, problem-solving, and performance optimization.
- Consulting experience in core banking or enterprise systems, preferably with Oracle Flexcube implementations.
- Technical support capabilities, including incident management, root cause analysis, and user assistance.
- Troubleshooting expertise for application, database, and integration issues within Flexcube environments.
- Exposure to sales or presales activities, such as technical presentations, solution scoping, and proposal support.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube configuration, customization, and integration (e.g., PL/SQL, APIs, interfaces).
- Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle preferred) and basic understanding of networking and security concepts.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and document technical work effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant Flexcube or Oracle certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in banking technology projects, willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru South, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
