Location: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh

Salary: 18,000 to 25,000 per month

Experience: 3years to 6 Years

Qualification: Graduate / ITI / Diploma preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Executive to manage day-to-day fleet operations, vehicle deployment, documentation, maintenance coordination and transportation activities at our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily movement and deployment of company/attached vehicles.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters and plant departments for smooth vehicle operations.
- Maintain records of vehicle availability, trips, fuel consumption and running kilometres.
- Monitor vehicle schedules, loading/unloading and transportation requirements.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for vehicle servicing, repairs and breakdowns.
- Ensure timely renewal and tracking of vehicle documents such as RC, Insurance, Fitness, Permit and PUC.
- Monitor driver attendance, discipline and vehicle-related issues.
- Maintain daily/monthly fleet MIS and prepare operational reports.
- Verify trip sheets, fuel records,



diesel consumption and transporter bills.
- Coordinate with vendors/transporters regarding vehicle placement and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and transportation procedures.
- Handle emergency breakdowns and arrange alternate vehicles when required.

Required Skills 3 to 6 years of relevant fleet/transport operations experience

Experience in Steel Plant / Sponge Iron / Manufacturing / Mining / Logistics preferred

Valuable knowledge of vehicle documentation and statutory compliance

Strong coordination and communication skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel and fleet MIS

Ability to handle drivers and transport vendors

Problem-solving ability and willingness to work in a plant environment

Preferred Candidate

Male candidates with relevant industrial fleet experience and candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Raigarh will be preferred.
