Finz is a New York-based fintech rethinking how businesses run finance with AI. We’re creating a future where finance keeps pace with the business, so teams spend less time processing the past and more time shaping what happens next.

We’re hiring a Fintech Growth Intern to join our team in Koramangala, Bangalore and work directly with the leadership team on customer acquisition, market expansion, and growth.

What You’ll Do

- Research industries, companies, and customer segments across the US and India
- Identify target companies and the right decision-makers
- Build prospect lists and support outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Research potential customers before conversations and prepare relevant insights
- Support customer discovery, sales conversations, and follow-ups
- Research partnerships, channels, and new market opportunities
- Maintain pipeline, conversations, and next steps
- Analyze outreach results and customer feedback to improve our GTM approach
- Use AI extensively for research, analysis, prospecting, and execution

What We’re Looking For





- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or equivalent postgraduate business degree
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Commercially curious and interested in how companies find and win customers
- Comfortable with prospecting, outreach, and speaking with customers
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools for research and analysis
- Interest in fintech, startups, technology, and business

Preferred

- Previous experience in sales, business development, growth, consulting, or market research
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, or prospecting tools
- Exposure to customer discovery, outbound sales, partnerships, or startup GTM

Internship 3 months, in person in Koramangala, Bangalore, with the opportunity to continue full time based on performance.
