Manager Finishing Manager- Finishing Experience: 8–13 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering Responsible for finishing works of high-rise residential projects including masonry, plaster, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows and related works. Plan and monitor finishing activities as per project schedule and quality standards . Coordinate with contractors, vendors, MEP and other project teams for smooth execution.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements . Monitor manpower, material usage, productivity and resolve site issues. Conduct inspections, identify defects and ensure timely rectification and snag closure .
Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely completion of assigned areas.
