Accountant 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role. Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience in labor cost management, workforce planning, utilization tracking, and time reporting analysis. Strong understanding of resource utilization metrics, labor forecasting, and capacity planning concepts. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g.
