Position Purpose The Finance Controller - will be responsible for financial stewardship, business performance management, strategic planning, governance, capital allocation, cost optimization, and risk management.

The role will act as a key member of the Port Leadership Team, partnering closely with the CEO, Business Heads, Operations, Commercial, Engineering, Projects, Logistics, and Corporate Finance teams to drive profitability, operational excellence, sustainable growth, and shareholder value creation.

Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory




- MBA (Finance) from a premier institution preferred
- Additional qualifications in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, or Business Analytics will be an advantage

Experience

- 18-22 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Proven experience as Finance Controller, Head Finance, CFO, or Business Finance Leader of a large business unit.
- Solid exposure to infrastructure, ports, logistics, shipping, industrial, energy, manufacturing, or EPC sectors.
- Demonstrated experience managing businesses with large-scale revenues, significant capital investments, and complex operational environments.
- Experience in CAPEX-intensive infrastructure projects and multi-stakeholder environments preferred.
