Role Description The Financial Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, supporting day-to-day financial operations for The Sparkle Shop (Sai Jewels).

Responsibilities include preparing and processing invoices, maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting with financial reconciliations, and tracking payments and receipts. The role involves monitoring inventory-related financial data, supporting budgeting and cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures.

The Financial

Assistant will collaborate with sales,



operations, and management teams, prepare basic financial reports, and communicate clearly with vendors and service providers regarding billing and payments.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in invoicing processes, including bill generation, tracking, and payment follow-up.
- Foundational knowledge of finance principles, including cash flow, cost tracking, and basic financial reporting.
- Practical accounting skills, such as bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and accounting or ERP software; experience with MS Excel is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple financial tasks within deadlines.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is desirable.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or jewelry industry finance operations is an advantage.
