Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in Chandigarh, India.

The Financial

Analyst will review and interpret financial documents, including statements and reports, to support lending decisions across residential, commercial, and asset finance portfolios.

Responsibilities include conducting detailed financial analysis, preparing financial summaries, supporting risk assessments, and providing data-driven insights to internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with mortgage and finance professionals, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records to support application-to-settlement workflows.





The Financial

Analyst will also assist in developing and refining financial forecasts, performance metrics, and reporting dashboards to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills to support lending assessments and portfolio analysis.

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience working with Financial Statements for detailed evaluation of client profiles.

- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting to prepare clear, accurate, and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, CPA) are an advantage.

- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial analysis tools; solid attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

- Prior experience in banking, mortgage processing, or financial services, especially with Australian or international markets, is beneficial.
