We are looking for an Intern to join our Finance team. This is a great chance for someone looking to kickstart their career in finance and accounting, gain hands-on experience, and work in a fast-paced, global environment. As an intern, you'll support the AP and GL team in day-to-day operations while learning the core processes that keep accounts payable running smoothly.

What to expect in your journey

- Assist in journal entry postings and general ledger maintenance

- Support in month-end and year-end closing activities

- Help in preparing financial reports and account reconciliations

- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in financial records

- Learn and assist with inter-company transactions and reporting standards

- Help maintain vendor records and resolve payment discrepancies

- Assist with payment runs and tracking due dates

- Learn to use AP tools and ERP systems for invoice entry and approvals

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies





- Collaborate with the AP team to improve accuracy and timeliness in payments

What you bring to the table

- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory; Master of Commerce (M.Com) or MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and invoice processes

- Familiarity with MS Excel and a willingness to learn ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn

- Good communication and collaboration skills
