Job Role:

Understand client requirements and devise appropriate, practical solutions to achieve finance transformation goals.

Evaluate alternative systems, tools and vendors based on functional fit, features, implementation feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Engage with client teams for data gathering, conduct analyses and draw meaningful insights to support recommendations.

Prepare clear, high-quality interim and final reports for client presentations.

Plan and manage project delivery — define deliverables, track milestones, manage timelines and ensure high-quality output within budget.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery, proactively resolving issues and ensuring smooth project execution.

Identify and nurture potential partnerships with tech product companies to enhance service offerings.





Qualifications, experience and skills:

CA or equivalent

2-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Finance Transformation role with a reputed consulting firm.

Strong understanding of organizational processes, controls, and ability to identify improvement opportunities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; should be able to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders.

Highly tech-savvy with practical experience in using finance and accounting technology tools and systems. Valuable awareness of emerging technologies.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, ability to present complex information clearly.

Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
