About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of financial transactions, ensuring accurate account reconciliation, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar finance role is advantageous but not mandatory.





Responsibilities The Finance Specialist will be responsible for a variety of critical financial tasks, including but not limited to:

- Processing and verifying financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reconciling accounts regularly to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Preparing comprehensive financial reports and statements in accordance with established guidelines and deadlines.
- Maintaining compliance with relevant financial regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as accounting, procurement, and operations to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Monitoring financial data for irregularities and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
