Job Title: Finance Projects & Systems Migration Specialist

About the Role: We are hiring a finance professional to lead and support General Ledger migration projects and financial systems rollouts across APAC. This role requires robust expertise in finance operations, project management, and system testing to ensure smooth transitions from legacy platforms to target operating models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end General Ledger migration activities for APAC entities.
- Drive and oversee system testing phases, validating financial reporting streams and reconciliations.
- Resolve data quality issues and provide aftercare support once systems go live.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent processes and best practices.
- Contribute to process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements in financial systems.

Core Skills & Competencies:

- Strong accounting knowledge (banking products, investment accounting, financial reporting).




- Experience in system migration, UAT, and functional testing.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL, Business Objects, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in international environments and adapt to change.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving mindset.
- Proven track record in process improvement and risk control.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CA, CS).
- 5-7 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, reporting, or system migration projects.
- Prior exposure to Corporate & Investment Banking activities is a plus.
