About the Role: We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead fundraising and lender relationships for the company. The role covers the full funding cycle, preparing proposals and CMA data, dealing with banks, NBFCs and other lenders, managing existing facilities, and handling the resolution of stressed accounts through settlements, restructuring and negotiations with banks and ARCs.

This is a senior, hands-on position reporting directly to management. The right candidate has already sat across the table from bankers and recovery teams, understands how lending and resolution decisions are actually made, and can prepare and defend a credible set of numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising and Lender Relationships

- Lead end-to-end fundraising term loans, working capital facilities, CC limits, LC facilities, WCTL and structured debt from banks, NBFCs and alternative lenders
- Prepare and present CMA data, project reports, financial projections, information memorandums and credit notes for bank submissions
- Manage relationships with existing bankers, lenders and financial institutions, including periodic reviews, renewals, enhancements and compliance reporting
- Negotiate terms, pricing, security structure and covenants with lenders

Stressed Account Resolution

- Handle stressed and NPA account resolution develop and negotiate One Time Settlement (OTS) proposals, restructuring plans and resolution strategies with banks
- Liaise with Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs), NARCL and resolution professionals for stressed account management and debt resolution
- Build the supporting financial case for any settlement or restructuring proposal, including valuation, cash flow capacity and repayment schedules Compliance, Documentation and Advisors
- Coordinate with CA firms, legal advisors and financial consultants for documentation, due diligence and regulatory compliance related to fundraising and resolution




- Track and ensure compliance with all loan covenants, reporting requirements and lender conditions on an ongoing basis
- Complete loan documentation, security creation, charge registration and related formalities on time Working Capital and Reporting
- Monitor working capital utilisation, drawing power, stock statements, debtor and creditor positions, and ensure timely submission to lenders
- Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow projections, fund flow statements and financial dashboards for management and lender review
- Flag funding gaps and cash flow pressures early, with options for management to consider

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Education: Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance) or B.Com. A CA or MBA is preferred for the senior end of the range.

* Experience: 7 to 15 years in corporate finance, credit or banking. Candidates from steel or manufacturing companies, NBFCs, banks or financial consultancies will be a good fit.

* Core Exposure: Hands-on experience of bank fundraising and at least one completed OTS, restructuring or stressed account resolution is strongly preferred.

* Technical Skills: CMA data preparation, financial modelling and projections, ratio and covenant analysis, drawing power and stock statement working, MIS and cash flow reporting.

* Systems: Advanced MS Excel; working knowledge of Tally or any ERP; comfortable preparing presentations for lenders.

* Language: English and Hindi. Telugu is an advantage for local banking relationships.

* Travel: Willing to travel for lender, ARC and advisor meetings as required.
