This is a 100% work-from-office opportunity.

To lead the end-to-end finance function for a growing organisation (100–200 employees),

acting as the primary finance partner to the founders. The role is focused on driving business performance, financial strategy, capital efficiency, and enabling scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Own financial planning & analysis (FP&A;) including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Drive business finance: partner with leadership on pricing, margins, unit economics, and profitability
- Build and manage financial models to support strategic and operational decision-

making

- Lead cash flow management, working capital strategy, and capital allocation
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and optimise collections with strong client relationship management
- Define and track key business and financial KPIs across functions
- Support strategic initiatives such as expansion, new business lines, and partnerships
- Lead fundraising processes (not primary), including investor discussions, data rooms, and diligence




- Drive valuation analysis for internal strategy and external transactions
- Build strong relationships with investors, lenders, and external stakeholders

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Review cash position, receivables, and runway; drive actions to optimise liquidity
- Work closely with founders on daily/weekly business performance and decisions
- Monitor revenue, margins, and cost structures across teams
- Engage with clients on collections and commercial discussions where needed• Update financial models and scenario plans based on business changes
- Prepare leadership dashboards, MIS, and performance insights
- Support ongoing investor communication and strategic conversations

- Strong cash flow discipline and optimised working capital cycle
- High-quality financial insights influencing key business decisions
- Accuracy and usefulness of forecasts and scenario planning
- Effective management of receivables and cash collections
- Successful support in fundraising and strategic initiatives
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to founders and leadership

Experience & Skills

- 3–15 years of experience in finance
- Solid expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and business analysis
- Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams in high-growth
- environments
- Deep understanding of unit economics, pricing, and cost structures
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interact confidently with investors, clients, and senior leadership
- Experience in Team Management is a prerequisite

- Reports directly to founders/ CEO
- Acts as the “Number 1 Finance Leader” in the organisation
- Highly cross-functional role across sales, operations, and leadership
- Critical in driving financial discipline, visibility, and scale readiness
