Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Finance Manager to oversee the organization’s financial operations, planning, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have robust financial management skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to provide accurate financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow projections.

- Analyze financial performance, variances, costs, and profitability.

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting and financial reporting activities.

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and general ledger activities.

- Maintain strong internal financial controls and identify opportunities to improve processes.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.





- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and overall liquidity.

- Support senior management with financial analysis, business planning, and strategic recommendations.

- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation and control measures.

- Lead, mentor, and supervise finance and accounting team members.

- Improve financial systems, processes, reporting tools, and automation where appropriate.

- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

- Professional qualification such as

CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA

, or equivalent is preferred.

- Typically

8-12 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with managerial experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and accounting principles.
