We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations

- Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and financial reporting

- Ensure timely preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements

- Manage GST, TDS, statutory compliance and audit requirements

- Coordinate with CA firms, auditors and tax consultants

- Handle MIS, budgeting, cash-flow management and financial analysis

- Establish and maintain strong accounting processes and controls

- Review the work of junior finance team members and ensure accuracy

- Work closely with senior stakeholders on finance-related matters.

Requirements





- 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.

- Robust experience in a CA firm / accounting firm / audit firm.

- Experience handling accounting and finance activities for multiple clients/businesses is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, audits, and financial reporting.

- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with accounting software.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage finance operations.

- Good communication and team management skills.
