We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Finance & Accounts function of our Apparel Export House. The ideal candidate should have 10–12 years of experience in the apparel export industry with solid expertise in financial accounting, statutory compliance, banking operations, MIS reporting, balance sheet finalization, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate preparation and finalization of the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Manage bank reconciliations, banking transactions, credit facilities, and cash flow.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, tax, and bank audits.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, and variance analysis for management.
- Monitor working capital, fund flow, and financial controls.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, government authorities, and consultants.
- Support management with financial planning and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
