Deputy Manager Finance | Bengaluru | Narayana Health UK Offshore

Narayana Health UK Offshore is looking for a strong Finance & Accounting professional to support financial control, month-end close, reporting, reconciliations, and audit activities across group entities.

The role will work closely with finance teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support the month-end and year-end financial close process.
- Prepare and review balance sheet schedules, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting transactions and financial records.
- Support preparation of management reports and financial analysis.
- Coordinate and maintain audit schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Review accounting entries and identify discrepancies, unusual balances, and reconciliation issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of outstanding reconciling items and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
- Support compliance with applicable accounting policies, processes, and internal controls.
- Work with cross-functional and offshore/onshore teams to resolve finance and accounting queries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement,



automation, and standardisation within finance operations.
- Leverage ERP systems, IT applications, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Assist in preparation of MIS and other financial information required by management.

Eligibility

- CA Inter + 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting, or
- Post Graduate + 7 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience in financial accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting.
- Experience working with ERP/accounting systems is preferred.
