About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Finance Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team. The intern will gain practical exposure to day-to-day financial operations, accounting processes, documentation, and reporting while supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate and timely records.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities.
- Support the team in maintaining and updating financial records.
- Assist with invoice processing, verification, and tracking.
- Help with accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Assist in preparing expense statements, payment records, and financial reports.
- Support bank reconciliation and other basic accounting activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, receipts, and financial records.
- Assist in tracking payments and outstanding receivables.
- Support the finance team during monthly closing and audit-related activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related information and documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintain financial information in Excel/accounting software.
- Undertake other finance and accounting tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related degree.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Previous internship or academic exposure to finance/accounts will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
