About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Professional to join our team in the NBFC sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial analysis while ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the NBFC.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and fund flow monitoring.
- Monitor loan disbursements, collections, interest income, and financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and RBI regulations relevant to the company.
- Support preparation of regulatory and statutory financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, expenses, and general ledger activities.




- Assist in financial analysis, MIS preparation, and management decision-making.
- Ensure proper documentation, internal controls, and audit readiness.
- Identify financial discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance qualification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in an NBFC, banking, financial services, or lending organization is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Familiarity with RBI regulations and NBFC compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
