We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support the finance function by ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliances

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and post day to today general journal accounting entries, maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records.

- Prepare customer sales invoices and process vendor purchase invoices, ensuring proper verification against Purchase Orders.

- Support in Month end accounting activities and monthly closing reports.

- Support in preparation and filing GST returns, process GST Refunds and ensure timely TDS payments and Statutory compliance.

- Perform bank and Ledger reconciliations

- Maintain accounting documentation and support for audits.

- Identify Process that can be automized through AI





Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce; M.com/ MBA Finance is preferred

- 2-4 years of experience in accounting and Finance

- Experience with ERP/accounting software - Zoho Books

- Good understanding of TDS, GST and accounting standards

Required Skills:

- Strong accounting fundamentals

- Positive Knowledge of GST and TDS

- Proficiency in MS excel

- Strong analytical skills

- Awarness of AI assisted finance tools

- Continuous learning mindset and openness to process automation
