· Verification of daily Cash & Bank book against SAP entries for KRPL

· Verification of bills

· Verification of salary accounting & asset Accounting in SAP and excel.

· Follow up of all payments with CO.

· Follow up of Weekly Funds Transfer Indent

· Responsible for the Creditor and General ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of Creditors & Debtors.

· Cross verification of MIRO and MIGO bills with SAP.

· Handling the monthly GST activity.

· File and get permits for the ingredient-based Market Committee.





· Monthly Oil Stock taking and checking work in Palani plant.

· Recent Vendor Creation work in SAP.

· Periodical bills checking and follow up for payment.

· Monthly checking of KRPL Palani staff salary and Contractor's salary.

· Monthly preparation and submission of the Solvent Extracted Oil

· Quarterly preparation and submission of the Hexane report to DSO, Dindigul.

· Verification and preparation of FSSAI Annual Report and forwarding to Chennai Factory.
