The production is driven by a dynamic team committed to creating engaging, educational, and high-impact financial content for a wide audience.

Role Description The Finance Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves researching current financial trends, concepts, and market events, and transforming them into engaging scripts, show segments, digital posts, and interactive content tailored to IFI’s entertainment-focused format.

The Finance Content

Creator will collaborate closely with producers, directors, and marketing teams to develop money-related challenges, storylines, and explanatory content that are accurate, easy to understand, and compelling for viewers. Daily responsibilities include drafting and revising scripts, preparing briefing notes and talking points,



supporting content planning for episodes and social media, and ensuring consistency of financial messaging across platforms. The role also requires participation in creative brainstorming sessions, coordinating with production schedules, and adapting content based on audience feedback and evolving show needs.

Qualifications

- Strong finance and investment knowledge, with the ability to explain concepts such as budgeting, saving, investing, and risk in simple, engaging language.
- Proven experience in content creation, including scriptwriting, digital content writing, and storytelling for video or social media.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, with strong time management, organization, and adaptability under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative and production teams.
- Experience in entertainment, TV, digital media, or educational content development related to finance is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Noida and maintain a versatile schedule aligned with production timetables.
