Position- AM - Finance Business Partner with R&D; function

Purpose of the JOB-

Measure the deviation of actual performance from the standard performance, discovers the causes of such deviations and helps in taking corrective actions.

Role & responsibilities

MIS reporting, variance analysis, support cost audit & support R&D; Engineering stores.

Finance validation on the savings on the improvement projects proposed by the product category & Research functions.

Validation of cost impact due to proposed BOM changes.

Process improvement and creation of SOP, documentation and implementation.

Manage financial oversight of any significant capex projects for the organization in arriving at ROI.

Liaise with Central purchase team and Global business team for R&D; regular and capital purchases (partner for negotiations, terms and conditions etc.)

Preferred candidate profile - FROM MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and SKILLS: EMS operation & P2P cycle, SAP-FICO module, MS office & data visualization software

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: CA qualified with 2 to 4 years of experience
