Job Summary

Designation: Finance Associate (Finance & Accounts) Location: Gurugram, Haryana (On-site)

We are seeking skilled, preferably Chartered Accountant, to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial activities and will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

- Government Policy: Government policies framework and ensuring benefits arising out of Government policies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, standards, and legal requirements. Present financial reports to management, clients, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, ratio analysis, and trend analysis. Identify key financial indicators and provide insights to aid decision making processes.




- Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices. Pursue continuous career development opportunities and share knowledge with colleagues.

Qualifications

- Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Expert Level accounting knowledge
