About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Finance – Treasury to manage day-to-day banking, payments, cash flow and treasury operations at T-Hub.

The role will involve working closely with internal teams, banks, vendors and auditors to ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial operations . The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of banking and treasury processes, and an ability to manage multiple transactions and stakeholders independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify and process vendor payments , ensuring appropriate invoices, POs, approvals, TDS/GST validations and beneficiary details.
- Manage and reconcile multiple bank accounts and monitor daily/weekly cash positions.
- Coordinate fund transfers across accounts to maintain adequate liquidity.
- Handle banking requirements including account mandates, cheque books, account-related documentation and bank queries.
- Verify and process employee travel and expense claims in line with company policies.
- Manage Fixed Deposits , including placement, renewal, maturity tracking, interest and related documentation.
- Administer corporate credit cards , including limits, statements, reconciliations and employee follow-ups.




- Process and monitor foreign inward and outward remittances , including RBI/FEMA-related documentation and coordination with authorised dealers/banks.
- Maintain trackers for software, memberships and other company subscriptions , including renewals and payment schedules.
- Support month-end reconciliations, MIS reporting and statutory/internal audit requirements .
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve treasury processes and reduce manual effort.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance or a related discipline .
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking operations or corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, cash flow management and treasury processes .
- Working knowledge of TDS, GST and basic RBI/FEMA requirements .
- Proficiency in MS Excel ; exposure to Zoho Books is preferred.
- Experience with foreign remittances and Fixed Deposits will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, process orientation and ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
