Finance & Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to support accounting and finance operations for our UK & Ireland business entities. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, AP/AR management, ERP systems, and inventory-related accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts.
- Support UK & Ireland accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Monitor receivables, supplier payments, and cash flow activities.
- Prepare invoices, credit notes, payment records, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Support inventory accounting, stock reconciliations, and cost tracking.
- Generate MIS and management reports using ERP systems.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial and stock records.
- Support audit and compliance requirements, including GST/VAT-related activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, General Ledger, and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, Tally, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Experience with reconciliations and closing activities.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with UK & Ireland accounting processes.
- Exposure to international finance operations.
- Inventory, stock management, or manufacturing accounting experience.
- Multi-entity or multi-country accounting experience.
- Odoo ERP experience.
