About the Role

Ridhi Home & Living is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to own the day-to-day finance and accounting function. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage books of accounts, ensure statutory compliance, drive timely MIS reporting, and support budgeting and cash-flow planning. The role reports to the Finance Head and works closely with leadership on financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing of books in line with accounting standards.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards for leadership review.
- Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, PF/ESI, and other applicable regulations, including timely filings and payments.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors, and manage the annual audit process end to end.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses; support cost control initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls, policies, and SOPs.
- Support payroll processing and coordinate with HR on salary-related compliance and reconciliations.
- Liaise with vendors, customers, banks,



and consultants on financial and accounting matters. • Supervise and mentor junior accounts staff, and review their work for accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com/MBA Finance preferred); part-qualified or qualified CA/CMA is an advantage.
- 4-5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with proven ability to independently manage a full set of books.
- Strong working knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting; familiarity with MIS and dashboard preparation.
- Solid attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with non-finance teams.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience managing a small to mid-sized finance team.
- Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership in a growing organization.
- Exposure to statutory and tax audits, and coordination with external auditors and consultants.
