Job Summary

Lead and manage end-to-end Finance Accounting operations across Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC/O2C), and Procure to Pay (PTP/P2P) processes. Drive operational excellence, ensure SLA adherence, manage client stakeholders, and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day RTR, OTC, and PTP operations.

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

- Lead month-end close, reconciliations, invoice processing, collections, and vendor payments.

- Monitor productivity, accuracy, and process performance metrics.

- Conduct RCA for process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Manage stakeholder/client communication and governance calls.

- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance.

- Support transitions, process standardization, and automation initiatives.





- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, SOX, and risk requirements.

Requirements

- Solid knowledge of RTR, OTC/O2C, and PTP/P2P processes.

- Experience in team handling, people management, and stakeholder management.

- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.

- Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, JDE, or other ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma preferred).
