An Amaron battery service technician working for a local distributor installs, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots automotive and inverter batteries while providing customer and dealer support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation &
- Replacement:

Safely install, replace, and setup automotive and inverter/UPS batteries at customer locations or dealer shops.

- Testing &

- Diagnostics:

Perform load tests, check terminal health, and measure gravity/voltage levels using specialized multimeters and diagnostic tools.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose backup power issues, wiring faults, or charging system failures.

- Warranty &

- Claims Support:

Inspect failed or dead batteries, log complaint details, and process warranty claims according to company policy.

- Dealer &

- Field Support:

Assist local retailers and mechanics with technical inquiries and emergency roadside/doorstep battery assistance.

- Record Keeping: Maintain logs of service calls,



daily routes, battery serial numbers, and customer feedback.

Requirements &

- Qualifications:

- Education: ITI in Electrical/Electronics, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or High School equivalent.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience handling lead-acid batteries, inverters, or automotive electrical systems.

- Skills: Strong understanding of electrical safety protocols, terminal wiring, and diagnostic tools.

- Mobility: Valid two-wheeler driving license and comfort with daily field travel across assigned distributor territories

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
