- Installation, testing, and commissioning of fully automatic grocery packing machines at customer sites.
- Conduct machine setup, calibration, and performance verification before handover.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.
- Attend machine breakdown calls and provide prompt troubleshooting support.
- Carry out preventive and periodic maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability.
- Train customers and operators on machine operation, maintenance, and safety practices.
- Prepare detailed service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with production, design, and spare parts departments for technical support.
- Install software updates, machine modifications,



and customer-requested upgrades whenever required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing qualified and timely after-sales service.
- Travel extensively to customer locations across Maharashtra and support emergency service requirements.
- Identify spare parts requirements and recommend preventive actions to customers.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and maintain professional behavior at customer sites.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as the technical representative of Deshmukh Industries.
