- Job PurposeThe Marketing Executive will own the front-end lead generation pipeline for the center. This role blends local area offline field marketing with digital coordination to build brand awareness, secure institutional partnerships, and ensure a steady stream of prospective student walk-ins for the counseling team. - Responsibilities1.

Local Area

Marketing (LAM) &

- Field BTL Operations

- Execute localized Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities, including leafleting, canopy setups, and localized data collection drives in high-footfall youth areas.

- Identify, build relationships with, and manage local Tutorial / Coaching Center Networks to establish referral and student pipeline partnerships.

- Manage center branding elements, ensuring signage, outdoor flex boards,



and localized promotional materials are up-to-date and highly visible.

1. Institutional Sales &
- College Alliances

- Map and visit target undergraduate colleges, degree institutes, and local technical training hubs within the assigned territory.

- Secure permissions and coordinate logistics for institutional Career Seminars, Free AI Workshops, or College Internships to capture high-volume student databases.

- Pitch joint training programs or vocational certification value propositions directly to college principals, placement coordinators, and department heads.

1. Candidate Profile &

Qualifications Key Requirements

- Education: HS pass ,

- Experience: 1 years of active experience in field marketing, institutional sales, or business development—ideally within the Education, EdTech, Coaching, or BFSI training sectors.

- Technical Proficiencies:

- Comfortable using MS Excel, and Google Workspace for lead tracking and database management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
