Field Sales Job Responsibilities

- Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and potential clients regularly.
- Generate new leads and identify recent business opportunities.
- Promote and explain company products/services to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices as per company policies.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and pending orders.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to management.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, where applicable.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and customer data.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate for timely solutions.
- Attend sales meetings, product training, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
