Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for customer visits, lead generation, new customer acquisition, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits and other sales activities.
- Meet potential and existing customers and understand their requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain daily sales and customer reports.

Requirements




- 2–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Relevant sales experience will be preferred.
