Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow the dealer, distributor, and retail network within the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard current hardware dealers, mill stores, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate orders, drive primary sales, and achieve sales targets.
- Promote power tools, welding machines, garden tools, and related products at retail counters.
- Build strong relationships with dealers.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, products, and market activities and share market feedback with HQ.




- Generate new leads through market visits, dealer development, and business development activities.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment collections, ensuring healthy credit cycles.
- Maintain daily sales reports, field visit reports, dealer records, and market updates.
- Support territory expansion, customer retention, and overall sales growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of proven success in on-field B2B sales. (Experience in power tools, hardware, building materials, or electricals is a major advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, highly self-motivated, and target driven.

Additional Benefits: Performance Bonus, Travelling Allowance (TA) & Daily Allowance (DA) Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹41,500.00 per month
