Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive / Sales Manager to generate new leads, acquire customers, promote loan products and drive business from lead generation to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate loan leads through field visits, market visits, references, networking and business partners.
- Visit potential customers, businesses and local markets to identify current sales opportunities.
- Meet customers personally, understand their financial requirements and explain suitable loan products.
- Generate new business and convert leads into successful loan cases.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, business owners, dealers, brokers, DSAs and channel partners.
- Conduct regular field visits for customer acquisition and business development.
- Collect required customer documents and coordinate with Credit & Operations teams.




- Follow up with customers from lead generation to sanction and final disbursement.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, customer database and CRM updates.

Required Skills
- Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong field-sales and customer-acquisition skills.
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling, references and market visits.
- Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and hardworking.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Experience Experience in NBFCs, Banks, Fintech/Lending, Loan Sales, Business Loans, LAP, DSA Sales or Financial Services will be preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and field-sales skills can also apply.

Education

Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
