Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Surat.

The Field Sales

Executive will identify and approach potential clients who may wish to buy or sell registered trademarks, conduct meetings and presentations, and explain the value and process of using the marketplace. The role includes generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining a sales pipeline, and closing deals in line with company targets. The person in this position will build and maintain solid client relationships, gather market feedback, and report on sales activities to the management team.





The Field Sales

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and support them through the transaction process.

Qualifications

- Proven field sales or business development experience, preferably in services, legal, or tech-enabled marketplaces.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets consistently.
- Basic understanding or interest in trademarks, intellectual property, or brand management (training can be provided).
- Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM software, spreadsheets, and communication platforms for reporting and client follow-up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered.
- Fluency in English and local languages used in Surat; familiarity with regional business practices is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally within Surat and surrounding areas for client meetings and market outreach.
