Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Field Sales Executive / Sales Support professional to join our growing team in Bangalore. The role involves developing new industrial customers, generating sales opportunities, supporting enquiries, and building long-term customer relationships within the assigned territory.

Eligibility & Qualifications

· B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related disciplines.

· 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Sales / Business Development.

· Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-engagement skills.

· Strong interest in technical sales and industrial products.

· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop new customers and industrial accounts.

· Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.

· Visit customers regularly and build long-term business relationships.

· Achieve assigned territory sales targets.





· Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable product solutions.

· Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and market intelligence.

· Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and sales opportunities.

· Support product launches, promotional activities, and other sales initiatives.
