Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates through field visits, local contacts, job portals, and references. Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews. Visit local areas to identify potential candidates and manpower sources. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Coordinate with candidates for interview and joining follow-ups. Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.
Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in recruitment/field recruitment preferred. Positive communication and convincing skills. Willingness to travel for field recruitment. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel. Candidate should be target-oriented and proactive.
