About the Role

Intec Capital Ltd. is looking for an experienced Field Recovery to handle written-off and Non-Performing Asset (NPA) hard-bucket accounts, particularly in Business Loans and Property Loans. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, skip tracing, customer negotiations, and executing effective recovery strategies across Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recovery of written-off and NPA hard-bucket accounts.
- Conduct field visits and customer interactions for overdue loan accounts.
- Perform skip tracing to locate customers and updated contact information.
- Negotiate with customers for repayment and settlement of outstanding dues.
- Execute recovery strategies to achieve assigned collection targets.
- Handle Business Loan and Property Loan recovery cases.
- Maintain proper records of field visits, customer interactions, and recovery actions.
- Coordinate with the legal/operations team wherever required.
- Travel across all districts of Punjab as per business requirements.




- Ensure recovery activities are conducted professionally and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in field recovery/collection, preferably in Business Loans or Property Loans.
- Robust experience in handling NPA and written-off accounts.
- Good skip tracing and customer negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of cheque-related laws and recovery/legal processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and challenging recovery situations.
- Willingness to travel extensively across all districts of Punjab.
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
